For over half a century since its establishment in 1948, Toyota Tsusho Corporation has been building a global sales network as the only trading company of the Toyota Motor Group. Today, we are involved in undertaking a wide range of businesses from trading, manufacturing and processing to retail and services throughout the world.
NV Toyota Tsusho Europe SA (TTESA) was established in 1968 and is part of Toyota Tsusho Corporation (TTC). Our European Head Office is located in Zaventem, Belgium and we have 8 main branches in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Czech and Turkey. The group is also present in the UK with Toyota Tsusho UK (TTUK London and Derby offices) and in Russia with Toyota Tsusho Russia (Moscow and Saint Petersburg offices), legal entities both fully consolidated under TTC.
In continental Europe and the UK we have 5 subsidiaries: Green Metal Czech, France, UK, Toyota Tsusho Assembly System (UK) and Stirchley Technical Services (UK) and four main affiliated companies: Green Metal Poland, Poland Smelting Technologies, Steel Center Europe (Czech) and TT Network Integration Europe (Germany).
Our Top management consists of President Mr. Tsutomu Suzuki, Vice-Presidents Mr. Eiji Tani and Mr. Masatsugu Okada. In total Toyota Tsusho Europe is proud to employ 1152 people (on a consolidated basis).
With a European turnover of 1300 million Euros (FY2013 – April 2013 till March 2014, Russia excluded), we are a recognized market leader in the automotive sector, and keep diversifying in the non-automotive field.
This takes place in our regional strategy, fully in line with TTC portfolio diversification strategy in three main fields (called TRY-1 strategy): Mobility, Life and Community and Earth and Resources.
Toyota Tsusho Europe has recently completed the supply of welding-stations for the fabrication of urban railcars.
Together with CaetanoBus and MESSER GROUP, Toyota Tsusho Europe is sponsoring the European Zero Emission Bus Conference 2023.
